Scanned Works With Permission
Peter Abrahams has scanned some of the references from the 1980s, with the permission of
the editor / publisher (Russ), who provided copies of most of these - the
remainder are still easily available from booksellers. They are scanned at
600dpi B&W, and collated; illustrations are scanned greyscale in separate
files. The texts are not OCR'd.
